Dr. Paula Gordon, Ph.D is a visionary school leader. She has spent over 25 years working as a Teacher, Principal, Vice Principal and Dean in the United States, Venezuela, South Africa and Kuwait.

Dr. Gordon holds a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Wesleyan University, Middletown, CT; Masters of Social Work (MSW) from Howard University, Washington, DC and a PhD in Education Policy from Rutgers University, New Jersey.

With extensive experience in instructional leadership, teacher development, building effective learning cultures for schools and classrooms, data driven instruction and curriculum design, Dr. Gordon gets results for schools.
